ESMA publishes results of its Fast Track Peer Review on Wirecard AG and the supervisory response

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published the results of its Fast Track Peer Review, which assesses the events leading to the collapse of Wirecard AG and the supervisory response of BaFin and the Financial Reporting Enforcement Panel (FREP).
