European Parliament postpones adoption of certain ESRSs
The European Parliament has postponed the adoption of sector-specific ESRSs for EU companies and general ESRSs for non-EU companies by two years, until 30 June 2026. The new rules do not affect the reporting timelines as agreed under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
