IFRIC Final Agenda Decision on Principal versus Agent: Software Reseller (IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers) published in an Addendum to April 2022 IFRIC Update

In its meeting held on 20 April 2022, IFRIC had finalised an agenda decision on:

• Principal versus Agent: Software Reseller (IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers)

In accordance with the Due Process Handbook, the IASB discussed the agenda decision in its May 2022 meeting and did not object to the agenda decision.

The final agenda decision is now published in an addendum to the April 2022 IFRIC Update.
