Hong Kong releases vision statement on sustainability disclosure ecosystem
The Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB) of Hong Kong has released a vision statement on developing the sustainability disclosure ecosystem in Hong Kong.
The vision statement sets out an aim to align the local sustainability disclosure requirements with the ISSB Standards and a target to launch the roadmap in 2024. The vision statement proposes a holistic approach in developing the Hong Kong standards that includes the following:
