BDO submits comment letter to IASB on the Proposed Targeted Amendments to the IFRS Foundation Constitution

BDO has submitted a comment letter to the IASB on the Proposed Targeted Amendments to the IFRS Foundation Constitution to Accommodate an International Sustainability Standards Board to Set IFRS Sustainability Standards.
These amendments are intended to incorporate the potential formation and operation of the new international Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) within the governance structure of the organisation. The amendments include revisions to the objectives of the Foundation and the institutional arrangements for the ISSB.
