G20 welcome ISSB’s Sustainability Disclosure Standards
The G20 leaders met in New Delhi on 9-10 September 2023. The final declaration issued following the meeting welcomes the finalisation of the sustainability and climate-related disclosure standards published by the ISSB.
The declaration observes that flexibility to take into account country-specific circumstances, in implementing the standards, will help support globally comparable and reliable disclosures.
