Ivor Feerick

Ivor is a committee member of the BDO Indirect Tax Centre of Excellence and currently heads up BDO Ireland’s Indirect Tax Practice and also specialises in Irish Relevant Contracts Tax  (RCT – Construction Tax) issues. He was Chair of the BDO Indirect Tax Centre of Excellence from 2012 to early 2020. Prior to joining BDO Ivor was a Tax Inspector for 14 years with the Irish Tax Authorities.

SERVICES & SPECIALISM

In his role with BDO Ireland, Ivor oversees Indirect Tax compliance and planning for both domestic and international clients and this includes acting as the co-ordination/liaison Partner in respect of various projects that involve VAT advisory /planning services of BDO offices globally.

Ivor is a member of both the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland and the Institute of Taxation in Irelandand has lectured on VAT issues both nationally and internationally.
