TISFD launches consultation on draft framework
The Taskforce on Inequality and Social related Financial Disclosures (TISFD) has published a draft disclosure framework (Beta Version 0.1) for public consultation, open until 31 July 2026.
The framework aims to help businesses and financial institutions identify and disclose people related impacts, dependencies, risks and opportunities. The framework is intended to complement existing sustainability and financial reporting standards while addressing gaps in current disclosures.

Key features include:
- Alignment with existing frameworks, including the standards of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), as well as the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) to support harmonisation
- A building blocks approach, usable standalone or alongside other standards
- Emphasis on interconnections across people, climate and nature and support connection with climate and nature frameworks
- Focus on practical, decision useful and relevant disclosures for market users
