IAASB publishes discussion paper on audits of less complex entities

The International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) has published a discussion paper titled ‘Audits of Less Complex Entities: Exploring Possible Options to Address the Challenges in Applying International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)’. The discussion paper is meant to spark discussion of how the IAASB can improve the implementation of the ISAs for entities that less complex.
