EC issues final FAQ guidance on EU Taxonomy disclosure amendments

The European Commission (EC) has released its notice on interpretative and implementation guidance on the amendments to the EU Taxonomy Disclosures Delegated Act introduced by the Omnibus Delegated Act. Issued as frequently asked questions (FAQs), the notice aims to support stakeholders in complying with the requirements in a cost‑effective manner, reduce reporting burdens, and enhance the usability and comparability of disclosed information.
