December 2019 Due Process Oversight Committee meeting report available

On 16 December 2019, the Due Process Oversight Committee (‘DPOC’) met to discuss two comment letters they had received that claimed there had been a breach of due process by the IFRS Interpretations Committee in finalising their agenda decision related to an assessment of the lease term (IFRS 16) at its November 2019 meeting.
The DPOC concluded that there had not been a breach of due process.
