2027 IASB Research Forum—Call for papers
The International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and Meditari Accountancy Research are inviting papers for the IASB Research Forum, to be held at Singapore Management University on 11 and 12 November 2027. Papers will be accepted from 1 December 2026.

- Effects of generative AI on investors’ use of financial statements;
- Accounting information’s role in equity holders’ voting and stewardship activities;
- Effects of IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts on insurer–investor communication and their information processing;
- Effects of the IFRS for SMEs Accounting Standard on information provided to financial capital providers; and
- Communication of current and anticipated financial effects of sustainability-related risks and opportunities, and investors’ use of this information alongside financial statements.
