In the 2nd quarter of 2019, quotas are still available for EU/EFTA service providers (seconded workers) and for non-EU/EFTA nationals.
Additional quotas apply for Croatian nationals during a transitional period until the full Free Movement of Persons will be in force in 2024. The quotas are released quarterly. The quotas for residence permits B are already exhausted for the 2nd quarter of 2019. Quotas for short-term residence permits L are still available. The new quotas will be activated at the beginning of July 2019.
