Working in a smaller office (North Bay) has given me many opportunities to step forward, try new approaches, and take ownership of initiatives. I’ve consistently been encouraged by local leaders who trust me to explore solutions, bring forward ideas, and help shape our evolving BSO service line.
This support has allowed me to take the lead in developing coaching aids, enhancing standardized working papers, and contributing to high‑quality deliverables.
