For her, thinking beyond means anticipating risks before they become problems, identifying opportunities that may not be immediately visible and continuously looking for better ways of working.
This mindset helps her support clients with confidence and care. It also keeps her motivated.
What motivates me every day is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for my clients and my team. Celebrating successes, overcoming challenges together and knowing that my contribution helps the team grow keeps me motivated to bring my best every day.
One of the moments that stayed with Irina happened last July, when she celebrated seven years at BDO. Reading the messages from her colleagues was emotional and meaningful, reminding her of the support around her and of everything they had built together.
It reminded me how much support I have from my team and how much we grow together, not just professionally, but also as people. Moments like these make me feel a true sense of belonging at BDO.
