Recruitment moves fast, and it’s easy to fall into reactive mode. But the real impact comes from staying ahead, thinking about what the business will need next, not just what it needs now.

That means building pipelines early, preparing for hard-to-fill roles, and improving the experience for candidates along the way.

What motivates you to bring your best to work each day?

"What motivates me to bring my best to work each day is the team I get to work with and the values that guide BDO Mauritius, teamwork and professionalism. I have been lucky to integrate into a team that truly knows how to balance high performance with fun. 


Everyone delivers their tasks at the highest level, yet when it’s break time, we let our personalities shine. A small but memorable example is our weekly 'Imposter' game session, it is silly, fun, and honestly, it’s something I genuinely look forward to every week. 


The short meaningful moments and the strong bond we share that push all of us to do our best work. So, a special shout-out to my team, they make coming to  work exciting and inspiring every day!"
