In June 2022 we undertook a survey to understand the attitudes to reward and remuneration in the tech, media and telecommunications sectors. The Covid pandemic and geopolitical uncertainty have had little impact on dampening the requirement to attract talent but do you have the right strategy to retain and attract talent?

The largest companies can attract talent through their reputation and with salaries which are beyond the reach of many businesses. For the rest, a reward strategy that recognises individual and corporate performance, matched with a comprehensive incentive package and, increasingly underpinned by equality and transparency is a must. Reward strategies remain a balancing act and integral to attracting and retaining talent.
