WLM is a publicly listed company on B3’s Novo Mercado and one of Brazil’s leading groups in the distribution and commercialization of heavy vehicles and machinery, with a strong presence as a Scania dealer. The acquisition of Supermac, an authorized Scania dealership operating in the states of Amazonas and Roraima, strengthens WLM’s geographic footprint in the North of Brazil and reinforces its long-term growth strategy through the expansion of its dealership network and recurring revenue base.
