The traditional ringing of the bell, heard on the 14th at B3, the São Paulo Stock Exchange, made the privatization of Eletrobras official. The ceremony was attended by several authorities, such as Brazil's president, and BDO's Lead Advisory Partner, Mauro Johashi.
BDO offered Accounting, Financial, Tax and Labor Vendor Due Diligence of Eletrobras. The capitalization will restore Eletrobras' investment capacity, so that the company can contribute to the expansion of the Brazilian electricity sector.
