Client nameMotiva Infraestrutura de Mobilidade S.A.
Motiva is one of Brazil’s leading mobility and infrastructure platforms, with a strong track record in the operation of large‑scale highway concessions and high‑traffic transportation corridors. Through the acquisition of Autopista Fernão Dias, Motiva assumes control of the BR‑381 corridor connecting São Paulo and Minas Gerais, one of the country’s most strategic logistics and economic axes. The transaction adds a premium road asset to Motiva’s portfolio and marks its entry into a new geographic market, reinforcing scale, diversification, and long‑term growth in regulated infrastructure.
Under the new concession agreement, the asset is subject to a 15‑year contract and a committed investment program of approximately R$ 14.8 billion, focused on capacity expansion, pavement recovery, safety improvements, and operational modernization of the 569‑km highway.
