BDO acted as reporting accountants for the AIM IPO of In The Style Group plc, one of the UK's largest independent pure-play online fashion brands. The transaction provided a partial exit for Causeway Capital Partners LLP and additional funds to allow In The Style to accelerate growth, invest further in infrastructure, technology, management and people and enter international markets.
