Investment agreement between LHC4 (UK) Limited, Liberty Partners, S.L.U. and Allfunds Bank, S.A.U. and BNP Paribas Securities Services and BNP Paribas Asset Management.

Allfunds group is a business-to business WealthTech platform, operating in the wealth management sector, which provides services and connects funds houses and distributors globally.Through this transaction BNPP Entities invested in Allfunds group by contributing three different businesses in exchange of a shareholding in the capital of LHC4.

 

BDO performed a valuation analysis to reach conclusions on the financial reasonableness of the consideration agreed for the acquisition of the contributed businesses, through the application of generally accepted methodologies, under the criterion of business continuity and considering the context of the transaction and the scope of our work.
