IceStar Colombia acquired cold-foods logistics company Megafin

Chilean cold logistics company IceStar, owned by Brazilian private equity manager Patria Investments, has acquired Colombian company Megafin as part of a five-year investment plan to expand in Latin America.

BDO provided Purchase Price Allocation for Icestar Colombia in the acquisition of Megafin.
