Hin Group Property Bhd (CHGP), via its wholly owned subsidiary BKG Development Sdn Bhd (BKGD), has entered into a joint venture with Fiamma Holdings Bhd (FHB) to jointly develop a prime leasehold commercial land in Kuala Lumpur city centre.
The JV will undertake a mixed development project named KLCC 2 Residence, located along Jalan Saloma, near the iconic KLCC area.
BDO acted as independent adviser to Chin Hin Group Property Berhad in relation to a proposed joint venture between BKG Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad, with Fiamma Holdings Berhad.
