Holcim Costa Rica acquired AMCO’s ready-mix concrete units

Holcim Costa Rica, part of the global building materials leader Holcim Group, has finalized the acquisition of AMCO’s ready-mix concrete units. The strategic transaction marks a pivotal expansion for the building materials giant. 

BDO acted as financial advisor  to Holcim Costa Rica throughout the transaction.

AMCO is a construction materials company operating as part of Grupo América, a diversified business conglomerate with significant interests across Central America.
