Acquisition of OutScope and Digimarket by Claranet Portugal

The BDO Transaction Services team in Portugal performed a financial and tax due diligence for Claranet in connection with the acquisition of Outscope Solutions, S.A. and DigitMarket – Sistemas de Informação, S.A., both operating in the IT sector.

The acquisition reinforces Claranet's position as the largest IT supplier in Portugal and opens the door to new business areas and international markets.

Claranet provides network, hosting and managed application services in the UK, France, Germany, The Netherlands (Benelux), Portugal, Spain, Italy and Brazil.
