Craig Davies

Craig is an RICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer who provides real estate valuation advice to a wide range of clients mainly for tax, accounting, disputes and restructuring purposes.

He has also worked on a number of high profile due diligence assignments highlighting areas of risk and opportunity within occupational portfolios.

Craig qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1990 while working for a private practice surveying firm. Subsequently he spent over 20 years leading a team of real estate valuers as well as working in central Government helping to establish the newly created Government Property Agency.
