BDO is divided into three regions:
- EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa)
- Asia Pacific
- Americas (Latin America, North America and Caribbean)
Each BDO region is supported by a Regional Board, each of which meets with the Global Board at least once a year.
The Regional CEO of each region chairs the respective Regional Board and provides support and guidance regarding strategic initiatives of member firms in the region.
Regional Audit Advisers and Regional Heads of Tax assist member firms in improving the quality of their audit & accounting and tax practices in order to enable delivery of a high quality service to BDO clients.
Regional HR & Development Coordinators support member firms in all people-related matters.
