BDO has advised Ufenau Capital Partners, a Swiss-based private equity firm awarded as best buyout fund in the DACH region for 2021, on the acquisition of a majority stake of the Spanish pest control company EZSA Sanidad Ambiental.
EZSA Sanidad Ambiental is a leading pest control company, focused on the private sector, with headquarters in the north of Spain and 140 professionals.
Ufenau Capital Partners is a Swiss investment group based near Lake Zurich. Ufenau focuses on majority investments and buy&build strategies in service companies in the DACH region as well as Iberia.
