BDO’s M&A team is pleased to announce the sale of CMS to private equity house Next Wave Partners, who will combine it with existing portfolio company Secured Mail to create The Delivery Group. We acted as the initial broker for the deal and then Lead Advisor to the Vendors.
CMS offers its clients a value-added complete mailroom outsourcing solution. The newly created Delivery Group will provide a highly automated downstream access mail and ecommerce logistics service with a national infrastructure, providing innovative services to both its existing and new clients in the UK and Internationally. This transaction continues to support BDO’s exceptional global credentials in the Transport & Logistics sector.
