Sale of 3Pillar Global to H.I.G. Capital

BDO US FDD team led by Patrick Donoghue and Will Borden advised 3Pillar Global, a CIP Capital portfolio company on their sale to HIG. 3Pillar is an international developer of digital transformation products with over 2,000 team members in 13 delivery centers across three continents. CIP acquired 3Pillar in 2019, with Will and Pat leading the original buy-side due diligence as well as one domestic and three international financial due diligence processes. William Blair served as the financial advisor to HIG and Guggenheim Securities represented 3Pillar.
