BDO Valuation Services team has performed the purchase price allocation services for the business combination of Premium Cigar business of Imperial Brands acquired by Allied Cigar Corporation.
The Premium Cigar business is composed by exclusive distribution business of Cuban hand-made cigars, distribution business of machine-made Cuban cigars and non-Cuban cigar sales operations business outside the US, premium machine-made cigar manufacturing facilities in Honduras and premium cigar manufacturing facilities in Dominican Republic.
This investment will allow Allied Cigar Corporation to maximize future growth opportunities and be well positioned to further develop their international operations.
