Visma, a Norwegian software company that provides business software, IT-related development and consultancy, has acquired Reliforce, a Dutch company that offers software for policy administration around absenteeism.
With Safe Digital File (VDD), Reliforce offers software for the policy administration regarding absenteeism. But proxy insurers are increasingly asking for software support for the actual absenteeism management they offer as an additional service. Under Visma's wings, Reliforce will work together with Visma Verzuim to offer proxy offices a total solution for policy administration and absenteeism guidance. For example, proxy offices receive better support for their absenteeism services so that they can shorten the absenteeism duration of insured persons.
