Ecosol+, HVAC company located in Peer, is a well-known installer of energy techniques such as heat pumps, solar energy, air conditioning and heating systems. Back in 1993, it all started with sanitary installations, but Ecosol+ evolved over the years to an expert in ecological and economic solutions of energy saving and green energy setups for renovation of newly built houses and offices to reach the low energy building requirements. Currently, the company employs 13 people and generates an annual turnover of EUR 2.800 k.
The acquirers were looking forward to a new challenge in their career, which are realized with the acquisition of Ecosol+.The MBI buyers are a very experienced team consisting of Koen Geebelen and Stéphanie Légat. Together, they will be in charge of the daily operations, supported with the professional support of the former owners. With the strong experience of the new management team, they hope to strengthen the knowledge in the energy techniques and automations and to anticipate the growing demand for low energy solutions in the coming years.
