CK Senior acquires Aldea La Quinta

BDO has advised Aldea La Quinta, a Spain-based operator of elderly care home in the search process for a financial investor for the long-term rental of the real estate asset located in Marbella. Aldea La Quinta is property of Aldea Estates, a Belgium-based real estate company.

This transaction is part of the strategy of the Spanish group CK Senior to develop a network of residences for the elderly throughout Spain.

CK Senior has reached a management agreement of the real estate asset with a purchase option with Aldea Estates, with the objective to reform the asset and have capacity for 1000 beds.
