After several months of fair negotiations, IT Services company Centran has signed the acquisition of 100% of the shares in its historical partner (and competitor) Genesis Consult.
The two companies, active in the IT Services industry, had known each other for long while working for common customers before Centran initiated the acquisition process. Both firms are well established, and have been serving institutional, as well as private customers for several years.
With a joint workforce of 80+ employees and a large number of subcontracting freelancers, the acquisition is believed to even strengthen Centran’s position as a key player for Belgian public and para-public entities, while comforting its private sales.
