BDO advised the shareholder of Windenergieberatung Andresen GmbH, Mr. Hans-Heinrich Andresen, on the sale of his shares to Denker & Wulf AG. The objectives of the transaction were to secure the continuation of the company after Mr. Andresen retires from the company as well as to maintain the office location including the personnel in Breklum. The total volume of the transaction ranges in the single-digit million.
Since 1991, WEB Andresen GmbH has been dedicated to the planning, realization and operation of community wind farms. Today, the company manages around 30 wind farms and five transformer stations, in which more than 5,000 citizens own a stake.
