BDO Corporate Finance successfully assisted ASAP HR Group, a leading employment agency and human resources company, on the acquisition of 70% of the shares of ClearXperts.
ClearXperts is a project sourcing agency specialized in finance, HR and sales & marketing. Within this scope, ClearXperts has built a strong reputation on the market over the past decade. Currently, more than 100 employees carry out projects under its name.
ASAP HR Group is a well-known specialist in the interim industry. Besides this, the company also offers other HR services. The acquisition of ClearXperts therefore strengthens its position as one of the top 10 HR services providers in Belgium. ClearXperts’ knowledge of project sourcing is perfectly complementary and forms a strategic extension to ASAP’s current offering.
Being part of a larger group also has positive consequences for ClearXperts. Thanks to the cooperation with ASAP, they can now also support customers with additional HR services while still remaining a niche player. Furthermore, ClearXperts’ talent pool will expand.
