BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Instalco's acquisition of Urd Klima Oppdal AS and Urd Klima Service Oppdal AS.
Instalco is a Nordic group with representation in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The company provides installation services related to electricity, heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling in addition to technical consulting and industrial solutions.
The acquisition strengthens Instalco's position in Norwegian regions such as Trøndelag, Innlandet and Møre og Romsdal.
