Acquisition of shares in Cognite by Saudi Aramco

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Saudi Aramco's acquisition of 7.1 % of the shares in Cognite.

Saudi Aramco is one of the world's largest integrated enerfy and chemicals companies. They have been a long-time digitalisation partner of Cognite in the Middle East.

Saudi Aramco has acquired Aker BP's shares in Cognite, corresponding to 7.1 % of the total shares in the company.
