Incremental Group, a Glasgow headquartered technology services provider, backed by Dunedin, has acquired 100% of the share capital of Redspire Limited.
Redspire provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to financial service providers and works with customers including Virgin Money and Beazley Insurance.
BDO provided financial and tax due diligence for Incremental Group Limited on its acquisition of Redspire Limited.
