BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Monterro Software Investment's acquisition of Moment Team.

Monterro is a leading B2B software investor in the Nordic region, with offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Munich and Hanoi. They aspire to make Nordic software companies market-leading global players in their fields.

Monterro have acquired the majority share. However, Moment's entrepreneurs and key employees are includded as owners. Monterro's investments are partly covered by partners and employees, ensuring an incentive to dedicate themselves to each portfolio company.
