Acquisition of Lunna by Alligo AB (Tools)

 

BDO acted as lead advisor to the owners in the sale of Lunna AS to Alligo AB (TOOLS).

Lunna is a specialised retailer of tools and equipment to the industrial-, building- and construction sector, operating out of a network of three stores located in Brumunddal (HQ), Hamar and Elverum in the county of Innlandet, Norway.

The Swedish group Alligo AB owns TOOLS, which is Norway's leading supplier of tools, machines, personal protective equipment and industrial consumables. The group has an annual turnover of approx. 5.4 billion Swedish kroner and has 1,600 employees.
