BDO has provided buy side advice and financial due diligence assistance to Hendy Group on its acquisition of the Southampton Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) dealership.
Hendy Group has acquired the JLR site from Inchcape UK. The acquisition further strengthens Hendy's JLR presence in the South since its acquisition of Westover in 2019.
The site was constructed and opened in January 2019 and adds to the Christchurch & Salisbury JLR dealerships already operated by Hendy.
