Acquisition of Holsneset by KMC Properties

 

BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to KMC Properties' acquisition of Holsneset. 

Holsneset AS is an SPV that owns an industrial property in Langevåg, just outside Ålesund. The property fits well into KMC's portfolio and they have already established a good partnership with the property's sole tenant. 

After the purchase, KMC Properties has a portfolio of 49 properties, primarily in the Nordics, with a total of 424,000 square meters.
