Acquisition of First King Properties Limited by ZGC King William Holdings Limited

ZGC King William Holdings Limited, owned by a fund managed by London and Oxford Capital Markets Limited, acquired First King Properties Limited, the nine storey office building located in the City of London at 75 King William Street for a headline property price of £128m.
