BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Aimbot's acquisition of eSeven.
Aimbot was founded as a result of a partnership between Credo partners and the founders of eSeven and Pilaro. They created a growth platform for Microsoft-based IT-service companies where entrepreneurs and management retain a minority share in the company.
The acquisition of eSeven was imperative for Aimbot and the first step towards making Aimbot the leading IT-service partner in Norway, focusing on Microsoft technology.
