BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Site Service's acquisition of E-Nor Installasjon.
Site Service acquired all shares in E-Nor installasjon. The owners of E-Nor installasjon became part-owners of Site Service. Together, the companies will supply services within fiber optics, telecommunication and electric installation.
Site Service and E-Nor installasjon have cooperated for several years. Moreover, they have shared ownership of a subsidiary in the Trondheim region.
