Acquisition of Be Brandon & Sweet Punk by ekstend Group

BDO is glad to have provided Transaction services support and M&A advisory services to Ekstend Group, a marketing agency specialized in innovative marketing solutions with a unique know-how in the retail world, in the context of its acquisitions of Sweet Punk and Be Brandon.

With these two acquisitions, ekstend Group broadens its range of services and becomes a leading independent player with a national dimension. The Group, supported by French private equity fund Isatis Capital, has a consolidated turnover of c. €34m and employs more than 200 people, mainly in Paris and Marseille.
