BDO has provided buy-side financial due diligence in relation to Aimbot's acquisition of Albatross IT Consultants.
Aimbot was founded in 2021 as a result of a partnership between Credo partners and the founders of eSeven and Pilaro. They created a growth platform for Microsoft-based IT-service companies where entrepreneurs and management retain a minority share in the company.
The acquisition of Albatross IT Consultants is an important step towards Aimbot becoming Norway's leading IT-service partner, focusing on Microsoft technology.
